This metadata was collated retrospectively, from geospatial team and council business unit. The online mapping platform makes these results more easily accessible as digital maps. Gbs recently completed a project for auckland council, the largest local authority in new zealand, and one of the largest in oceania.

In february the council released a report that identified areas of auckland’s coastline predicted to be susceptible to coastal erosion and instability, and presented the results as heat maps and tables.
